Privacy Policy
Last updated June 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Ryshe handles information collected through this website and in connection with Quanta briefings, pilots, and services.
1. Who we are
Ryshe ('Ryshe', 'we', 'us') is an AI, cloud, and security practice. Quanta is our enterprise AI context gateway. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website and in the course of providing services and pilots.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you request a briefing or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company, role, and any message you send.
Usage information. Our hosting and analytics providers may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, used to operate and secure the site.
Engagement data. During a paid pilot or engagement, we process data your organization chooses to share with us under a separate written agreement, including any data-processing terms that govern it.
3. How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to your request, schedule and conduct briefings, deliver services you have engaged us for, and communicate about our offerings. We use usage information to operate, secure, and improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Service providers
We rely on a small set of providers to run the site and our business, which may include website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, and cloud infrastructure. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and only as needed to provide their service.
For engagements that run inside your own cloud tenant, your prompts, context, and keys remain in your environment and are governed by the agreement for that engagement, not by this website policy.
5. Data retention
We keep briefing and contact information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, then delete or anonymize it. Engagement data is retained according to the terms of the relevant agreement.
6. Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise a right, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.
8. International transfers
We and our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
10. Contact
For privacy questions, data-access, or deletion requests, contact privacy@ryshe.com.
