Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
These terms govern your use of the Quanta by Ryshe website and demonstration console. Engagements are governed by their own written agreements.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Quanta by Ryshe website, including the demonstration console. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. The demonstration console
The console available on this site is a product demonstration. Metrics, workflows, and results shown in the console are illustrative sample data unless explicitly labeled as measured. They do not represent the performance of any specific customer deployment and should not be relied on as such.
Live actions in the console, such as a spec-review run, call a language model only when a model provider is configured. Output from any model may be inaccurate and should be independently verified.
3. Services and pilots
Paid pilots, assessments, and deployments are provided under a separate written agreement that takes precedence over these terms for that engagement. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, a warranty, or a binding commitment to deliver any specific outcome.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting its operation, scraping at a scale that burdens the service, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the Quanta name and branding are owned by Ryshe or its licensors. The classical artwork used on the site is in the public domain and credited accordingly. You may not copy or reuse Ryshe content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
6. No warranties
The site is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryshe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
9. Contact
